Video: Giannis Antetokounmpo tantalizes in the preseason

Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks, Rob Mahoney

Giannis Antetokounmpo, whom Milwaukee selected with the No. 15 pick in the 2013 draft, is about as close to a basketball unknown as can be found in the modern NBA landscape. He’s a mere 18 years old, having played but a single season in a second-tier Greek league. Prior to the draft, he had essentially no proven experience against high-level competition — an understandable worry in accurately gauging his potential.

The Bucks didn’t blink, and just two preseason games into his NBA career, Antetokounmpo has already impressed. He still has miles to go before he grasps the particulars of NBA-level basketball on either end of the floor, but already he’s using his length and athleticism to remarkable ends. Antetokounmpo has arms for days, and his mistake-filled, highlight-fueled run through the preseason has offered an early showcase of where he might grow as a player and what he might eventually become.

Nice!!! This kid is definitely worth watching.  If I'm Brandon Knight I'm building chemistry with this guy from the start. The only thing that can possibly stunt his growth is O.J. Mayo if he decides not to share the ball.
